If you have a complaint against a real estate broker or salesperson, you should first attempt to resolve it with the broker or salesperson involved. If that is not successful, you may file a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

 

The Texas Real Estate Commission maintains a recovery fund to reimburse aggrieved persons who have suffered actual monetary damages by the actions of a licensed real estate broker or salesperson. The recovery fund is not a substitute for civil litigation.

 

Mortgage Lending Disclosure

 

Crane-Street, LLC DBA Crane-Street Lending operates as a mortgage lending business. Mortgage lending services are provided through NEXA Mortgage, LLC, where Crane-Street Lending operates via a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.

 

Crane-Street Lending does not currently offer real estate brokerage services. The above notice is provided in accordance with regulatory and supervisory requirements.
